Owl Pellet Dissection | Tuesday, October 6 | 4:00 – 5:00 | Elementary
Owls are masters of disguise, fly almost silently, and are often out hunting while we’re asleep, which makes them tricky to study. Luckily these mysterious birds leave behind clues: owl pellets! Meet a live owl, then dissect a pellet to uncover bones, fur, and other clues that reveal what the owl had for dinner. What will you find? Geared toward students ages 6 and older. Registration required.
