Youth Program: Animals of Makoshika: Children ages 7-13 are invited to join Makoshika State Park staff this summer for an exciting and educational experience! Students will get to be zoologists for a day and learn about the various animals that inhabit Makoshika, from the birds to reptiles and larger mammals like mule deer and mountain lions! Participants should bring a water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, and dress appropriately for the weather. Tennis shoes, please, no flip-flops or open-toed sandals. 9:30-11:30
